Pitch Reform is a public advocacy site. It's free to read, free to sign, free to share. These terms cover the small print.

Who runs this

Pitch Reform is an initiative by equals mgmt Ltd, a director representation agency registered in the United Kingdom. Correspondence to scott@equalsmgmt.com.

Signing the manifesto

When you add your name, you're publicly supporting the three positions in the manifesto. Your individual name, email, and comments will not be published on the site. We'll publish aggregate counts (how many have signed, breakdown by role) and may quote comments anonymously if you've shared something.

You confirm that the name you give is yours and that you're over 18.

Writing on the site

Articles published under Writing are the opinions of the named author. They don't constitute legal, financial, or employment advice. Nothing in them creates a contract between you and anyone else.

Where we reference industry data (DRCT Census, Free The Work, trade associations), we link to the source. Where we reference our own data (equals mgmt's roster, direct experience), it's labelled.

Copyright

Articles and visual design on this site are © equals mgmt Ltd 2026 unless marked otherwise. You can quote, excerpt, share, and link freely. If you want to republish a full article, email us first.

The manifesto itself is intentionally free to reuse. If a national trade association or coalition wants to adopt or translate it, go ahead; a link back is appreciated but not required.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We try to keep it up and accurate, but can't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. Statistics cited may be updated as new data comes in.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we'll update the "last updated" date below. Significant changes will be flagged in the next newsletter.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
